Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 Days, of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless an exemption applies.

Please note that this right does not normally apply to digital content that is delivered immediately after completed purchase, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

Defective Products

If a product is defective or does not match its description, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable Danish and EU consumer protection legislation. Depending on the circumstances, these remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be made within the timeframe required by applicable law.
